Whenever our family is in need of a really quick meal, I usually reach for...

... A tomato...
...Taco Shells...
...Salsa...

... and refried beans.

Scrape the can of refried beans into a sauce pan and dump in some salsa. Heat and stir until a satisfactory texture.

Chop up avocado, lettuce, and tomato into bite-sized peices.

Place taco shells onto cookie sheet and warm in the oven.
Transfer everything to the table and enjoy!
