Hello All!
On the occasion of me leaving tonight, I would like to see how many of you think that I:
A-- Had everything packed two weeks ago
B--Had everything packed 3 days ago
C-- Packed everything yesterday
D-- Packed this afternoon
E-- Still have to pack
????? Leave your guess in a comment and I'll let you know who was right when I get back! Daddy drives us to the airport at 3 in the morning tonight! (get your head around that concept!) :-D And for all of those who have had the tact not to ask if I'll be posting while I'm gone, the answer is probably not. And for those (*cough cough* you homeschool friends, you) who have not had the tact, the answer is the same! :-)
Praying for a safe and educational trip (cause the rest of my family is starting school while I'm gone, so I have to learn something while I'm in Europe!),

I will confidently say........ B! However, we need to make a modification to the precise wording on that. I believe you had the MAJORITY of your belongings packed three days ago, NOT EVERYTHING. We all know that about ten items come to mind and then to suitcase in the last few hours before departure. With all due respect, it is highly unlikely that you had EVERY single item down to your chap-stick ready to go on Thur. If you did, all my greatest accolades to you! I hope that alteration doesn't .... "disqualify" me from this game! :)
There is something exceedingly enjoyable in being out and about early when the rest of the world seemingly lies asleep. I hope you got some good views of the water on the plane, because it certainly would have been lovely.
Oh, I think you might pick up a few paltry little bits of information you didn't know, but not much more than that though. I mean after all, it's just France. Not a whole lot to learn there right?? :) See you.

'D' s run in the family. So, I pick 'D'. Although the first time when I went to Europe, I started packing one year ahead. The second time though, it was the night before an early flight. The answer is most likely all of the above now that I think about it. Anyway, have a great time!!
I am guessing B except for the absolutely necessary things (toothbrush, hairbrush, etc.) unless you went w/o doing either one, yuck). Oh well, those people in Europe will never see you again. Hey, darling, hope you have a great trip.
Talk with you when you get back. I can't imagine you passing up a picnic for a trip to Eruope.

haha, good guesses, Everyone! The truth is that, sorta like Ryan said, I had the majority of my things packed a few days prior to leaving, but then had to stay up late on Sunday night to do things I could have done WEEEEEKS before leaving, but thought they wouldn't take long.... :-P
