Tree Fort Etc At The Clarke's

So this afternoon and evening we headed out to the Clarke's once again to hang out. But this time instead of roaming the hills, I helped Jack build a treehouse!
The extent to which I helped with the design-- just took orders. :D

And my main job was sawing all the sides off... with a hand saw.

Machete. Emma and Rachel just watched. :D

My friend. See the boards I'm sitting on? Cut 'em all with that thing in my hand.

:D

Another completed...

This is what we looked like most of the time. Jack did all the nailing, me the holding, and his fingers are bloodier than mine were. :D Actually, he didn't pound me once!

There's a determined smile.

Rachel watched the kids for a while, and they loved the trampoline!

Check out the hair!!

It wasn't too too high off the ground... just on a hill.

Hannah, Willa's friend, came with us and had a blast as well! They built a "stove" while we were doing the fort.

This needs a caption... but I can't think of one!

The girls also caught fish! Willa was screaming and Andrea had no clue what to do after they caught their first one! *grin*

My favorite little man.

He was fishin' too! You could literally see them looking at the hook in the water at the edge!

Aww!

Aww!
Aww! :D I think this needs a caption too.

This needs no caption.

So the girls brought the fish to the shore in a bucket and Emma wanted to hold it... while Daddy got the hook out of its mouth.

Agg! Too close. :D

The fish. They caught an even bigger one later.

The fishers of... fish!

Dive!

This is the house that Jack (and Olivia) built. It looks a LOT more impressive in person...
Rach said, "Get closer!" I moved. Jack squirmed. I said, "I'm not that gross!" He said, "Yeah you are! You wear perfume!" "I do not!" "Well, you've smelled bad all day!!" (like floral is a bad thing!) :D

The beautiful sunset.

Friendles.
Sandwich kiss!!!
Thanks Clarke's!!! We had funnnnn!

Very nice day. I would have loved to assist building that tree house as well. The photo of your dad and Seth is a keeper. And that "sandwich" kiss is humorous. Nice post. These Clarkes possess lots of land don't they? Wow.

So then, is "floral" perfume? I'm not teasing; just simply curious because "floral" in the definition that you used it seems foreign to me. I know of floral perfumes - they're nice, "floral" is not a bad thing - but your parenthesized line is quizzical since you had just said you don't wear fragrances? No big deal, just wondering. Have a good week and I'm looking forward to seeing lots of posts on "Eager Hands." Bye now.

You go Jack. Right on man, perfume is annoying. :) Never did understand what the point of it was.

I don't use purfume. Don't even own any. But I did smell floral-y- either from my deoderant or the new clothes I was wearing...

I don't see the point of it either, but it was funny.
