Yesterday, for instance, I helped a friend make an Easter dress. It was an 11 hour sewing lesson! :-D Elsie hung out with us for a while and was awful cute.

With sickness always comes a heavier cleaning load for those not sick. But there are little things we've realized we all can do to lighten the load and when we forget, Daddy's come up with interesting ways to remind us to do them. Putting our shoes away, for example.
Thursday we were able to visit the Carnegie Museum up in Pittsburgh with the homeschool group. Our family hung out with the Clarke's and the following pictures are courtesy of Rachel because our camera decided to rebel.

We really enjoyed the gem exhibit. His creation is AMAZING. :-D
Rachel and Emma and missing child. :-D
Aside from the millions of years stuff, the dinosaur exhibit was also really cool.
The last stop of the day was the art wing of the museum. Thankfully nearly every room had couches for our tired feet. :-D

Haha, Trent Connor and I on a modern version of a "courting couch." I saw a lot of these in Europe, but they have a bit more separation between the two seats. :-D He and I were demonstrating the "no touching" rule. ;-)
Rachel and I had a fun photoshoot along this stairway... Rachel is such a great photographer!
Fun times. I'm not going to promise many posts in the near future! Lots to do, so little time. :-D
