I am not making this up. We have had a spate of squirrel deaths around here this week.
Three Four deaths in
three four days. I leave it to you, the reader, to provide your insight as to the cause of these untimely extinctions. Natural causes? Serial killings?

Serial killings for sure! no doubt about that!
The lady who answered the phone at the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency said (and I am not making this up) that she thinks we have an incompetent hawk living in the area. Figure that one out.
That's not only profiling, its animal racism. Does the EPA know that the TWRA is clearly racist against hawks, and for that matter all in the raptor family?
Maybe its only pining for the fjords.

They're not pining, they've passed on. These squirrels are no more! They have has ceased to be. They've expired and gone to meet their maker. These are late squirrels.
Stiff. Bereft of life, they rest in peace. If they weren't nailed to the branch they would be pushing up the daisies. They have rung down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. These are ex-squirrels.
These 2 men have been trying to settle a dispute over who caught the biggest fish. They have been trying for four days to meet at high noon. Everytime they meet a squirrel jumps out in front of them.
( DEAD SQUIRREL )
You sure have big squirrels in TN.
Mema :0)
