Move-In Day #1... And Catching Up

Yes, all the way back in November! I'm trying to catch up on posting so I don't feel guilty about posting current events. :) On the TN end of moving, the day after Thanksgiving, and at rather short notice, several families showed up to help us move in. Total time to unpack the truck? 90 minutes. :}

Now, remember the tough time we had getting the piano into the truck? Getting it out was much easier. We brought the come-a-long stuff with us, but the "Big Strong Farm Guys" refused to use it. ;)
It arrived in one piece! Hardly a scratch.


Now, back to Thanksgiving. This is the meal we girls prepared, with the forethought of Mrs. Adams.


We were a bit paranoid about the fire and the log house at first. ;)
