Bless The Lord, Oh My Soul!

There has been a HUGE prayer answered in our household this week-- my swollen nose has been healed! Today when I woke up it wasn't red, swollen, or hurting at all! Praise God! We were all really worried about it, considering Mommy and the doctors said that it was possibly an infection in the bone! :-) Thank you all soooo much for your prayers!

Everybody around here is feeling great compared to what we have been. Nobody, including Emma who we wore out (and rightly so! a full month of nonstop nursing the sick, babysitting, cooking, cleaning, laundry, and praying should wear anybody out!), has a lot of energy right now. Mother is the only one still sick on the couch, but with another change of her antibiotic she should be good.

Thank you to all of our church family who sent food our way-- it is appreciated so much!

I know what you are thinking: "ANOTHER post without pictures!" Well, yes. I will try to include some in my next post. I'm on the computer without the pictures right now because a little nurse is writing a novel on the other computer at the moment. You can wait one more day. Really.

And as for the title of this post... well... to make a long story longer, whatever it is about this sickness it makes me break into song very randomly and at pretty much every word uttered. So the title of this post is the chorus to a song I haven't heard for years and don't really remember. My friends who bother to read my AIM status message have been rather surprised at the number of songs I bother to type out there. *Shrug* Maybe it will wear off in the next couple of weeks. :-) I didn't do this before I got sick, so it's a new thing for me. Sorry for the pointless story.

Oh, and I'm still waiting for those other 7 people to comment... I can name you off the top of my head, so don't think I don't know who you are.... I'm watching you ignore the plea of a sick girl to just COMMENT! :-) You know I'm being silly and completely serious at the same time, which is very easy to do--- you can stop reading at this point and continue your day peaceably while I finish--- for me and I would really like to put those pictures of me in a very ugly gown on here but nooo... you won't comment and I can't do it unless you comment because if I did you wouldn't take threats in the future seriously and ladidadida. That's one word not two because you don't take a breath between the sounds. Got it?

Yep. That's pointless. But so is a life without Christ. My life isn't pointless and that's why I'm signing off now-- tootles!

Hi Olivia,
I am so glad the healings are happening at the Howard home. I delight in your writings everytime I read them. You and Emma are just growing into wonderful young ladies. And then there is the birthday girl on the 10th. Go Willa. Give Seth and Elsia hugs for me. Love to all.
