Monday morning we awoke bright and early (as usual, I suppose) and Grand Jean and I waited in the Lobby for Grand Dude to pick us up in the car.
I had a bit of time, okay?
Last view of the hotel.
In the Charles DeGulle or however it's spelled airport
It has a fountain in the middle...
Beneath hamster tubes! :-D
In the Hamster tubes!
Notice I wasn't the only one with paper in my mouth... :-)
Waitin' around after going through security once.
Last step on French soil. (or connector to the plane thingy. same difference. :-D)
Plane #1
German bus :-D
Security #2, Airport #2,
Plane #2
Yummy plane food... not PLAIN food, PLANE food. :-D
Security #3 and 4, (one was customs, though) airport #3
Still happy!
So was I!
Plane #3 that we sat in for a long time while we waited for another pilot to get there. It was the day that Delta down-sized.
After Security #5, we were FINALLY at the Pittsburg airport (#4)!
Yes, I purposely coordinated my outfit to match my luggage that I bought to go together that day... :-D hehe, and to match the parasol I carried all the way back by hand with me!
Waitin' for our ride!
The absolute last picture I took from the entire trip! Thanks for stickin' with me through all the posts! Hope you enjoyed them, and I promise we'll have some pictures and updates from things besides this trip LAST September! :-D

Wow Olivia! I was getting ready to pick my favorite post.........but.........I couldn't decide! They are ALL so neat and the pictures are très assez et admirablement pris!
It really looks like you had a blast!
Talk to you soon!!!
Laura
So then, in two days you went from the pig tube to the hamster tube. I think the hamster tube is much more enjoyable.
That is a very nice photo of you leaning on your suitcases in Pittsburgh. Not any verdurous scenery or salient buildings, but still it is a keeper. A fitting finale.
That was some day, to be in two continents, over an ocean, and three planes in twenty four short hours.
All of these have been immensely cherished. Still, my prejudice for Versailles makes me esteem and value that post more than the rest. I was in wonder at some of the pictures taken there and then to see you in them was even more amazing. (Not that seeing you in a picture here is amazing. It is the fact that you were actually right there.)
Are you sick of me yet?
